Our new and pioneering Health and Wellness program focuses on creating and maintaining a sense of wellbeing. With an emphasis on balancing inspired academic learning with an active and focused outdoor lifestyle, health-conscious meals and a strong sense of community, we intend to send students home feeling healthy and invigorated.

WELLNESS PROGRAMS: YOUR TYPICAL DAY
7:00a.m. Pre breakfast villa activity – 3 days a week rotating between Yoga Class, Pilates Class, bike ride/beach swim
8:00a.m. Breakfast
9:00a.m.-12:00p.m. Class
1:00p.m. Lunch in Villas
2:00-5:00p.m. Sporting Activities
5:00p.m. Fruit platter snacks available at each villa
5:30p.m. Wellbeing class
6:00-8:00p.m. Study / Quiet hours
8:00-9:00p.m. Dinner
9:00-11:00p.m. Free time / Games nights / Evening dance classes, etc.
