This morning our students gave a fond farewell to Oxford as we conclude the portion of our program in England. We had an amazing experience at Oxford. We were treated well by staff at St Hilda’s and staff at our downtown restaurant. Students had the ability to share a common space, grow as a group, and build relationships. One student said to me as he was signing in last night that many of our students felt “at home” over the course of our four nights.
After sharing a great time together in England, our program has reached the one-third mark and our experiences will shift to a new country – Ireland! Today is a travel day. After three straight days of lots of class time, our students have a day to spend on the road and in the air as we transfer from London Heathrow to Shannon.
We will send messages of safe arrival later in the day.
