Study, Study, Study!

That’s been the main focus of the past couple days and nights on campus. As our program comes to its end, the students have been doing a great job preparing for their final exams – a task that is made a little less daunting while sitting poolside under the tropical palm trees!

In between studying to distress, the students have been busy making their final trips into town to a souvenir shop. Many students have also been taking time to clear their heads snorkelling along the vibrant and lively reef in front of the hotel in the picturesque turquoise waters.

Last night after a tasty dinner of pasta and quesadillas, a group of students headed into town for their last night in the bustling downtown district. There they enjoyed the fountain light show in the main square and got some delectable ice cream.

Tonight after dinner, the teachers and AC challenged the Calgary and Toronto students to a basketball game. It was an exciting match and afterwards, dripping in sweat, the group jumped off of the pier and enjoyed a cooling night swim in the ocean.

Around campus tonight curfew is at 10pm so the students can get a good night’s sleep before the big day of finals, packing, and banquet tomorrow night!
