On Sunday the horseback riding excursions took place.

I knew it was going to be an interesting day when I was told that my horse was named Psycho. We took a very scenic ride through trails on the island and stopped at a natural spring and bat cave. It was very peaceful and enjoyable for the students who participated.

Today students are back into classes with numerous assignments to complete. They have been working extremely hard and collaborating to generate unique and innovative ideas. Students also took part in the second of three group Spanish lessons. This will surely enable them to be more immersed in the culture of Mexico and overall make this a more enriched experience.

We are looking forward to continue experiencing more positive memories that will surely last a life time.

Hasta luego for now!
