the students had a very relaxing and enjoyable Sunday on day 3.

The day was spent in the sun at the beach owned by the hotel, Nachi Cocom. The day was very enjoyable for the students as they spent the afternoon enjoying various beach activities such as volleyball, football, frisbee, pier jumping and snorkelling.

The second challenge of the Cozumel Cup also took place which was the sand castle building competition. The students were extremely creative and engaged in this putting together some phenomenal final products. The night was spent exploring the city with an early check in to get ready for the first day of classes.

On day 4 the first day of class was described by the students as very efficient and enjoyable. The small classroom environment and setting of their classes along with the quality teachers on staff has enabled the students to really enjoy their educational experience so far. The first day of five for the PADI scuba diving certification course took place with eight staff and students partaking in it. We learned about the four skill tests needed for open water diving. The water was warm and with the first dive the group came across a wide variety of underwater species. After a very busy first day of classes the group will surely sleep very well tonight!
