|Upon registration||A deposit of $895 plus our $195 registration fee is required. This is payable online after completing the registration form, or by cheque or credit card, if registering using a paper form. It is strongly recommended that students purchase the Medical Insurance and Cancellation Protection Plan. Plans may only be purchased at time of registration and must be paid in full. Upon registration, an email confirming that your application has been received will be sent to the student and parent, based on the email address provided in the application form.|
|10 days from the time of application||Students will receive a welcome package in the mail.|
|Within two weeks of submitting application||After registration, students and parents will receive a welcome email which will include a link to Blyth Academy’s Student Personal Information Form, to be completed by registered students. Student will need to provide a copy of their passport, and (if applicable) transcripts, to be sent to Blyth Education via online submission.|
|30 days from the time of application||A second installment of $1000 is due and will be charged to the credit card on record.|
|October 31, 2017||Final date for the early bird booking discount of 10% off the program fee (if you apply and pay in full* by October 31, 2017).|
|November 30, 2017||Final date for the early bird booking discount of 7% off the program fee (if you apply and pay in full* by November 30, 2017).|
|December 15, 2017||Final date to submit Financial Aid applications for March Break programs.|

|April 2018||Summer programs only – Optional Excursions will be available for purchase. Registered students will be contacted via email when the optional excursions become available. Registration to be completed online.

|May 2018||Orientation sessions to be held for registered International Summer students, Community Service students and their parents. Orientation packages to be distributed, including:
|June/July/Aug 2018||Programs depart with airline tickets for July and August Programs distributed at the departure terminal at Toronto Pearson Airport. Students must arrive three hours prior to flight departure time.|
|Upon Return||Copy of report card sent to home school.
Copy of report card sent to home address.
Students who participated in community service activities will receive a letter detailing their volunteer work. A copy of this letter will also be sent to the student’s school, asking that the community service hours completed be credited.
