Cozumel August 2016: Mexican Cooking Class

This evening we were looking forward to a tasty treat!  It was a wonderful opportunity to attempt to cook, and more importantly, eat authentic Mexican food.

We were treated to instruction on how to prepare guacamole, mango-cucumber salad, hand made tortillas, salsa and mole, fried cactus, cheese quesadillas, and conchinita pibil.  At the end of the evening, we had to slowly make our way home as we were so full!  Many of us had to politely decline dessert!

Feel free to ask your child to prepare any of these tasty treats!
